The position is a part-time project and/or semester based (6 months). The candidate will work and undergo training in 2 phases. Phase 1 – he/she will be trained and do partial responsibilities of a social media associate. Phase 2 – he/she will support the digital/social media team across all the responsibilities listed below, but may not be limited to:


Support the Digital/Social Media Team across Maesa’s portfolio of exclusive brands, which include FLOWER by Drew Barrymore, P2 Cosmetics, COL-LAB and Kristin Ess as it relates to social media management for each brand.


  • Assist in community management across social channels for all brands
  • Organizing and managing sampling program
  • Managing influencer program across all brands
  • Tracking and reporting on social channel growth and engagement
  • Uses channel analytics to asses trends and activity for brands
  • Assist in brand partnerships – conceptualizing campaigns, securing partnerships, etc
  • Organizing and managing social sweepstakes
  • Research on latest social media trends and news


  • Undergraduate student a college/university. Must obtain school credit for internship.
  • Social Media savvy and active user of all major social channel and apps
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic and unstructured environment
  • Self-motivated, creative and strong multi-tasker
