Maesa is currently seeking an individual to join our team. This person will forecast the demand for Maesa’s brands and work on sales analysis and reporting. This role reports to the Director of Demand Planning and Customer Service. Roles and responsibilities will expand to other areas based on candidate’s skill-level and performance.


  • Develop Demand plans and Forecasts, collaborate with Operations to advise on future purchase orders.
  • Weekly retailer Point of Sale KPIs and shipment reporting at sku levels
  • Track and monitor customer POs and shipments to ensure fill rate and delivery dates are met.
  • Drive new item set up with Maesa’s sales, marketing and operations teams and relate to customers
  • Collaborate with customers on inventory, forecast, replenishment, launches
  • Assist sales and marketing in assortment analysis for prospective business opportunities


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in demand planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
  • Knowledge of Cosmetic environment and Tableau would be a plus
  • Experience working with a nationwide retailer’s a plus
